Introduction
The International Biomedicine Congress annually has been held with the goal to fill the gap between Biological and Medicinal Science with a skill-oriented approach, since 2017. The secretariat of the Congress along with professors who have academic experience with the partnership of 11 top universities and scientific centers worldwide. This year this congress will be held Offline (Virtual) in 11 different titles on November 10-20 2021 (the opening day has coincided with World Science Day for Peace and Development). This Congress is pioneers in holding the Offline Congress.

Goals
ICB is an international conference which aims to bring together the world’s scientific experts to exchange and share their experiences and research results and also advance scientific knowledge about biomedicine fields, present the most recent research findings, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the mentioned fields and also promote and enhance scientific collaborations around the world. These media are intended to provide spaces for careful, scholarly reflection and open dialogue.
